Entering the word
In this lesson, you are going to learn how to enter the word into your worksheet and format the style of it. First, you place the cursor in the cell in which you would like to enter data. Then you type the word and press Enter. Details are as below

1. Point the cursor to cell A1 and click the cell. Cell A1 will be the active cell
2. Type "Total sales for 1st half 2005" into cell A1. The entered word will be appear at cell A1 and formula bar
3. Click "enter" sign beside the formula bar or press Enter key on the keyboard
4. The word "Total sales for 1st half 2005" entered into cell A1
5. Continue the process for the remain word (tokyo, manila, jakarta..) to respective cells
Bold the word

1. Select cells A1 to A7 and click the bold(B) icon
3. The words in cell A1 to A7 become bold.
