Using autosum function

In this lesson, you are going to learn how to total up the data by row and column using autosum function.

Autosum the data

1. Select cell B7 and click autosum icon

3. Cells B3 to B6 will be automatically selected. Press enter key

5. Total value of January will be input to cell B7. Sum formula will be appear at formula bar

7. Select cells C7 to G7 and click autosum icon

auto sum

9. Total data for every month will be entered

auto sum

10. Continue the same process to total up the data by location

auto sum
